Preparation

Preparing tea has a long tradition and lots of ceremonies (Japan/Zen!) and is culturally and regionally handled very different. What some people use to do for generations and all of their lifetime (e. g. cooking tea leaves with butter like the Tibetans) may result in disgust of other people. — Nevertheless I would like to give a few hints on preparation to avoid mistakes and preserve taste:
wo man Tee kaufen kann:
- Supermarkt: Standard-Teemischungen (nuja); bevorzugt: Teebeutel
- Teeladen: teuer, aber gut
- Versandhandel
- ausländische Läden, z. B. China oder India shops: manchmal
  veralteter Tee, aber zumeist billig
- direkt ab Plantage zuschicken lassen (HREF?)
